Velma Steckman, 90, Arkansas City, Kan., died February 11, 2011.
Funeral services will be held at Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home in Arkansas City at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established with the Rivercross Hospice. Contributions can be left with the funeral home.
