Winfield Police Report for February 16, 2011
Timothy Clawson, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 400 block of Andrews.
Nelson Bishop, Belle Plaine, was involved in a non–injury accident in the 1600 block of Main.
The city of Winfield was the victim of theft of services in the 400 block of East Sixth.
