From time to time NewsCow is linked to videos online that feature a local family or have a Cowley County connection.
This week we share with you a short film from Devin Schwyhart on Vic McClung and his family. McClung, a well-known local farmer and, until recently, a Winfield school board member, has been diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease.
The film interviews family members who discuss McClung’s diagnosis and their reaction to it. It’s an entry in the 2011 Neuro Film Festival.
