Lester McDonald and Andrew Espinoza, both of Ark City, were arrested on bench warrants in the 100 block of West Central.
An Ark City male was the victim of theft in the 1400 block of South Summit.
Wilma Whitacker, Winfield, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and habitual violator in the 1700 block of North Eighth.
Carol Kingsley and Olga Quintianilla, both of Ark City, were involved in a non—injury accident at Kansas and Summit. Carol Kingsley was cited in connection.
A male and female, both of Ark City, were victims of disorderly conduct in the 1500 block of North 10th.

Chad Houser, Ark City, was arrested for possession of THC in the 1100 block of South Summit.
Alfredo Diego-Francisco, Ark City, and Robert Dick, Ponca City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1900 block of North Summit.
