Robert (Bob) L. Dvorak, 83, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at the Sumner County Hospital District #1 in Caldwell, Kan.
Funeral services will be held at the South Haven Methodist Church on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Russell McAlister and Pastor Michael Roberts will officiate. Interment will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in South Haven.
Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday from 2 to 8 p.m.
Memorials have been established with the Sumner County Hospital District #1 in Caldwell, the South Haven Methodist Church, or Southwestern College/Athletic Department in lieu of flowers. Memorials can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
