Officers responded to an alarm in the 2300 block of West Ninth.

Galways, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1000 block of Main.

Jon Krug, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 300 block of North Soward.

Sharon Walker, Winfield, was cited for no city pet license and no rabies vaccination in the 1000 block of East Seventh.

John Hall, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 1100 block of Stewart.
