Cynthia "Cindy" Leigh (Jenkins) Phillips, 50, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, March 24, 2011, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center of Arkansas City.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home of Arkansas City. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening.
A fund is being established at the Ark Valley Credit Union for the education of Cindy’s granddaughter, Presli Dawn Tharp. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
