Kelly Covey, Ark City, was arrested for criminal threat, battery and pedestrian under the influence.

Jeffrey Clark, Oklahoma, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of opiates, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug sale paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp, and no tail light.
