APR 21
Graves was the victim of theft and fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs.
Andrew Kornfield, Grand Junction, CO, was arrested for private property sales in the 1500 block of North 10th.
Billy Marshall, Ark City, was arrested on a probation violation in the 100 block of West Central.
Walmart was the victim of theft by shoplifting. Tiffany Jackson, Ponca City, was arrested in connection.
An Ark City female was the victim of theft from her vehicle in the 200 block of E. 5th Ave.
