Sam Clark Bedell, 88, Winfield, formerly of Arkansas City, died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Cumbernald Village in Winfield.
Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church Chapel of Arkansas City. Private burial will be in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
The casket will be open Sunday 1 to 6 p.m. and the family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will follow visitation.
A memorial has been established with the First Presbyterian Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
