Officers responded to an alarm in the 2300 block of West Ninth.
Johnnie Hurt, Ponca City, was the victim of theft in the 1300 block of Ann.
Stella Lankton, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 3500 block of Constant Rd.
Julia Morgan, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 3200 block of Cathlinda. Morgan was arrested/cited for driving under the influence, transporting an open container and no proof of insurance.
Sherri Dunbar and Cody Owens, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1500 block of Andrews.
Jerry Smith and Joey Lee, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1100 block of Fuller.
Paula Henry, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1400 block of Wheat Rd.
Linda Haskin, Argonia, and Glen Brown, Ponca City, were cited for speeding in the 1100 block of West 14th.
Michelle Billiter, Winfield, was cited for two dogs at large in the 1100 block of Andrews.
