Frederick “Fred” G. Bard , 98, died at Winfield Rest Haven Center Monday, May 16, 2011.
His graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Highland Cemetery. Friends wishing to sign a registry book early may do so Wednesday from 9 to 5 p.m. at Swisher-Taylor & Morris F. H.
