Winfield Police Reports for May 17 – 18, 2011

MAY 17

Duane Mortimer, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident when he struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Ricky McFarland and a mailbox owned by Steven Behrendt, Burden, in the 900 block of East Eighth. Mortimer was cited/arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

Two Winfield women were the victims of domestic battery in the 1700 block of Broadway. Wayne Oblander, Winfield, was arrested in connection.

A Winfield woman was a victim of domestic battery in the 2700 block of East 12th. Megan Pappan, Winfield, was arrested in connection.

Michael Hanes, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1800 block of Main.

MAY 18

A Winfield juvenile was the victim of theft in the 300 block of Viking Blvd.

Pete Sanderson, Winfield, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence in the 1000 block of Millington.

Floyd Stucky, Winfield, was a victim of forgery and Walmart was the victim of theft in the 2200 block of Pike Road.

A juvenile and Marissa Steiner, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 700 block of Andrews.

Michelle Hinkley and Leonard Russell, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of East 12th. Hinkley was cited for inattentive driving.

Roxana Schuessler, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of West 13th.

Walmart was a victim of theft in the 2200 block of Pike Road. Two Winfield juveniles were arrested in connection.

Galloways, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property and Lisa belts, Winfield, was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Main. Steven Walker, Winfield, was arrested in connection and also for pedestrian under the influence.

Priscilla Palmer, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 200 block of North Iowa.
