Cowley County Sheriff’s Report for May 23, 2011
The welfare of horses was checked in the 10000 block of 21st Rd.
A burglary was reported at the Main Street Storage in Udall.
There was a one car non-injury accident at First Rd and 322nd Rd.
A 47-year-old Ark City resident was stopped for minor violations and was arrested for driving under the influence and with a suspended license.
A criminal damage to property was reported in Geuda Springs.
Cattle were out in the 21000 block of K-15.
There was a car/deer accident in the 6000 block of 322nd Rd. Very minor damage was discovered so no report was made.
A prisoner who was arrested by the Drug Task Force officers was transported to the Cowley County jail.
A prisoner was transported to the Cowley County jail for the Ark City Police Department.
Deputies were dispatched to watch for suspected drunk driver northbound on US 77 toward Ark City from the casinos.
