Apple market was the victim of making a false writing in the 1900 block of East Ninth.
Susan Bryce and a Winfield juvenile were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1900 block of Wheat Road.
The Bank of the West was the victim of criminal use of a financial card in the 1500 block of East 11th.
Taylor Finch, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1100 block of Thompson.
Tommy Gamble and Lenora Nation, both of Winfield, were involved in an injury accident in the 100 block of West Ninth. Nation was cited for improper turn.
Khristopher Teague, Winfield, was cited for window peeping in the 500 block of North Park Place.
Scarlett Davis, Denton, was cited for speeding in the 600 block of North College.
The following individuals were cited for no seat belts within the city limits: John Carruthers, Kevin Davis, Blair Bowlin, Charles Cooley, Larry Tice, Kevin Meyer, Eric Osborn, Betty Harris, Linda Terrill, and Travis Long, all of Winfield, Lloyd Fiske, Ark City, and Ethan Elwood, Ponca City.
