JUNE 3

The theft of a 14” Poulan chainsaw and a child’s sandbox were reported from a residence in the 29000 block of 97th Rd.

A residence in the 1900 block of Kitch was checked in response to an alarm activation.

A burglary was reported at A to Z Recycling in the 1400 block of West Madison, Ark City.

An identity theft report was taken in Udall.

A license tag decal is missing from a trailer owned by the Tisdale United Methodist Church.

Property stolen from A to Z Recycling was recovered in the 20000 block of 112th Rd.

Reports of cows out were reported in the 23000 block of US 166 and the 7000 block of 151st Rd.

Money was stolen from the Ark City Country Club.

JUNE 4

Juveniles riding a go-cart was reported in the 11000 block of 144th Dr.

Deputies transported two prisoners to the Cowley County jail for the Ark City Police Department.

Cattle were reported out in the 8000 block of 151st Rd and the 17000 block of 112th Rd.

A criminal damage to property was taken at the car wash on K-55, Udall.

Deputies checked the welfare of a Cambridge resident.

A vehicle in the 8000 block of 312th Rd had went off the road and rolled over due to the steep embankment. Upon being righted, there was minimal damage and no injuries.

Suspicious activity was checked in the 2000 block of 262nd Rd.

A residential alarm in the 1000 block of 12th Rd was checked.

A disturbance, possible involving a gun, at the Silver Creek swimming hole on 192nd Rd was checked but no gun was found and no arrests were made due to the disturbance. During the investigation, Jessica Hernandez, Winfield, was found to have an out-standing probation violation warrant. She denied that identity. Upon confirming her identification, she was also arrested for obstruction of legal process.

A possible sexual assault involving a juvenile was reported.

A complaint of dogs running loose was reported at the Cowley County State Fishing Lake.

A vehicle parked in a field access road in the 2000 block of 252nd Rd was checked.

A vehicle, with its emergency flashers on, in the 19000 block of US 77 was checked.

An abandoned vehicle in the 8000 block of K-15 was checked.

JUNE 5

A verbal conflict between two residents was investigated in Udall.

A car, with an intoxicated person, was parked in the ditch in the 10000 block of 286th Rd.

Goats were out in the 4000 block of 252nd Rd.

Deputies transported a prisoner to the Cowley County jail for the Ark City Police Department.

A blue Chevolet S-10 show truck with “Blue Thunder” printed on the hood and bearing Oklahoma license 933-AGZ was stolen from Udall. If you have information about this truck, call the sheriff’s office.

A disabled vehicle parked in the 12000 block of US 77 was checked.

A roadside disturbance in the 28000 block of US 166 was investigated.

Cattle were out in the 16200 block of 151st Rd.

A car/pedestrian injury accident was reported in the 30000 block of US 77.

Two individuals found a lost firearm at Walnut Park, Ark City.
