Billie “Bill” Jim McKinley, 83,of Winfield, Kan., passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011, at the Medicalodge East of Arkansas City.
Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the First Christian Church, The register book will be available Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Highland Cemetery.
