Mosaic, Winfield, was the victim of a hit-and-run accident in the 1900 block of East 20th.
Kathleen Bogner and a juvenile, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 200 block of East 10th.
Mary Torrez, Winfield, was cited for having two dogs at large in the 600 block of Menor.
