JULY 8
Ernie Tipton, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 500 block of North Michigan.
Clayton Graham, Ark City, was cited for speeding at K360 and US 77.
Kaysha Wallace, Winfield, was cited for two dogs at large in the 2800 block of East 12th.
Maria Macias, Ark City, was cited for dog at large in the 400 block of East Fourth.
JULY 9
Kent Walker, Winfield, was arrested for battery on a law-enforcement officer and battery on a corrections officer in the 900 block of Fuller.
James Morgan, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
Wanda Caudill, Winfield, was involved in a noninjury accident when she struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Emily DeVore in the 400 block of Wheat Road.
Zachary Gardner, Winfield, was cited for no proof of insurance and an expired tag in the 1500 block of Wheat Road.
Nancy Miksell, Winfield, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at Fifth and Main.
Joshua Doolittle, Mulvane, was cited for unsafe speed for conditions and no proof of insurance at the Winfield City Lake.
JULY 10
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 700 block of East 13th. Billy Roan III, Winfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Braden Zimmerman, Winfield, was arrested for minor in consumption.
Angela Chaisson, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 600 block of East Seventh.
Patricia Jordan, Winfield, was the victim of criminal trespass in the 400 block of St. James Court. Angel Fulcher, Winfield was arrested in connection.
