Wellington Police Report for July 14, 2011
Kelly Brister, Wellington, was cited for failure to dim headlights.
Kenneth Baker, Wellington, was arrested on a Sedgwick warrant for probation violation.
Heather Catt, Wellington, and Amber Jones, Caldwell, were involved in an injury accident at US 160 and 12th. Catt was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way.
A theft of money occurred in the 200 block of North Washington.
Officers investigated possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and illegal possession of fireworks in the 300 block of South C.
A theft occurred in the 800 block of East Lincoln.
Sharissa Lauffer, Wellington, was cited for obstructed windshield and defective tag light.
Christopher Stangl, Wellington, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 800 block of North Jefferson, Wellington, involving an unknown vehicle and a gas meter owned by the Kansas Gas Service.
