Cecil Ray Hiatt, 77, of Winfield, Kan., passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at his home under the care of his family and hospice.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home & Crematory in Arkansas City. Inurnment will be at the Wilmot Cemetery in Winfield. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
A memorial has been established with the National Rifle Association. Contributions can be left with the funeral home.
