Cowley County Sheriff’s Report for August 1, 2011
The Drug Task Force was assisted by deputies with a search warrant in the 300 block of Church in Udall.
Dakota Hughes, Ark City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in the 1300 block of South D.
Deputies assisted a motorist in the 12000 block of US 166.
A one vehicle minor injury accident occurred in the 9000 block of US 166.
A possible traffic problem was reported in the 8000 block of 221st Rd.
A miscellaneous animal report regarding horses was checked in the 9000 block of 11th Rd. also in the 10000 block of First Road.
A 911 hangup call was reported in the 31000 block of 51st Rd.
A missing license plate decal from the 1300 block of South A report was taken at the Sheriff’s office.
Debris in the road was reported in the 8000 block of 212th Rd.
Deputies assisted a motorist in the 33000 block of US 160.
Joseph Snedeker and Heath Snedeker, both of Winfield, were arrested for trespassing on railroad property.
A disturbance was reported in the 10000 block of 286th Rd.
A pedestrian on the road was checked in the 400 block of North Country Club Road.
Two dirt bikes were reported being written on the road in the 13000 block of 132nd Rd.
Deputies were dispatched to the 31000 block of US 77 for report of an aggravated assault or a subject threat object from one vehicle and struck another.
