Winfield Police Report for August 9, 2011
A Winfield woman was a victim of domestic battery and disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Stewart. Richard Phillips, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Donna Morgan, Winfield, was cited for no seat belt and driving on an expired license in the 2300 block of East Ninth.
Emily Bodkins, Winfield, was cited for driving on city property other than the road in the Winfield Fairgrounds.
