AUGUST 12
A domestic dispute was reported in the 400 block of North B.
William Moore, III, Wellington, was cited with animal at large.
Dray Meredith, Wellington, was cited with battery, conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct.
Seth Helton, Wellington, was cited with consumption of alcohol by underage adult and disorderly conduct.
Bobby Richardson, Oxford, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
A suspicious activity was reported in the 1400 block of North B.
Cindy Osteen-Ely, Wellington, was arrested on a bench warrant
AUGUST 13
A battery and probation violation was reported in the 100 block of West Lincoln.
Thefts were investigated in the 700 block of East 16th and in the 900 block of East 16th.
Dustin Gooch, Wellington, was arrested on charges of felony in possession of firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct in the 900 block of South A.
A violation of a stalking order was investigated in the 200 block of North Haslet.
The theft of an animal trap was investigated in the 700 block of East Eighth.
AUGUST 14
Jamie Sanchez, Wellington, was arrested on an Ark City bench warrant for failure to appear in the 400 block of Circle Drive.
Criminal damage to property was investigated in the 300 block of North B and the 800 block of North Plum.
