Criminal damage to property was reported in the 100 block of East 21st.

The theft of money was reported in the 1500 block of North Washington.

A vehicle was egged in the 600 block of North Plum.

A dog at large was reported in the 1200 block of South Washington.

Michael Purnell, Wellington, was cited with defective tail lights.
