AUGUST 26
A dog bite that occurred on August 24th was reported in the 2000 block of East Seventh.
Arthur Harbison and Sean Stone, both of Wellington, were involved in an non-injury accident in the 1000 block of North Blaine.
A neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of East 11th.
A non-injury accident occurred when Sierra Lowry, Belle Plaine, hit a deer in the 200 block of US 81.
AUGUST 27
Kyle Cooperrider, Anthony, was arrested for driving under the influence and refusing a breath test in the 800 block of East 16th
Christopher Eckermann was cited for no seat belt.
Tyson Johnson, Wellington, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 700 block of East 16th.
Burglary, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass occurred in the 300 block of South Birch.
A theft occurred in the 300 block of West 12th.
Property was found in the 300 block of East 10th.
Bryan Solis, Wellington, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal littering and pedestrian under the influence in the 300 block of West 10th.
A theft occurred in the 900 block of West Eighth.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 700 block of South C.
A trespass warning was given in the 1000 block of West Eighth.
Joseph Byers, Wellington, was cited with defective brake light and expired registration.
Brandon Huerta, Wellington, was arrested on a bench warrant for leaving the scene of a non-injury accident and obstruction of official duty.
A harassment by telephone was investigated in the 200 block of North Haslet.
AUGUST 28
Justin Osborne, Wellington, was arrested for aggravated robbery, domestic battery and criminal damage to property in the 1100 block of North A and the 1300 block of North B.
An attempted prescription fraud was investigated in the 2000 block of East 16th.
Christopher Hall, Surgoinsville, TN, was arrested for driving with a suspended license in the 100 block of East 15th.
Theft occurred in the 900 block of North C and the 1100 block of West Eighth.
A burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property occurred in the 100 block of Appleblossom.
Burglary and theft occurred in the 400 block of East Mill and the 300 block of East 18th.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of North A.
