Michael Headrick, Winfield, was arrested for driving on a revoked license in the 400 block of Massachusetts.
Dustin Moore, Winfield, was cited for no seat belt and driving with an expired license in the 1500 block of Wheat Road.
Marlon Lear, Winfield, was cited for no seat belt and driving in violation of his license restrictions in the 900 block of Loomis.
Guillermo Botello-Soto, Winfield, was cited for speeding and no proof of insurance in the 300 block of North College.
