Thomas Watson Mulkey, 75, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Saturday, September 3, 2011, at his residence.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City. Pastor Ron Imel will officiate. The casket will remain closed at all times.
A memorial has been established with Glorias Victory Worship Center. Contributions may be made through Rindt-Erdman funeral home
