Marjorie Rausch, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1700 block of East Seventh.
Michael Sanders, Kansas City, MO, was arrested for driving with a suspended license in the 2300 block of Main.
Wesley Moore, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 100 block of Minnesota. Russell Steffen and Rebecca Sutton, both of Winfield, were arrested in connection.
Deborah Biby, Winfield, was cited for two counts of dog at large in the 1200 block of Stewart.
Seth Hull, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 1100 block of East 11th.
