Charles B. Elrod, 75, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Wednesday evening, September 28, 2011, at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita surrounded by his family.
Graveside funeral services and military committal honors will be held on Monday at 5 p.m. at Rose Valley Cemetery southeast of Winfield. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
