OCTOBER 9
Patricia Gardner and Robert Ross, both of Ark City, were involved in an injury accident at Second and Spruce. Gardner was cited in connection.
An Ark City female was the victim of theft in the 200 block of North D.
An Ark City female was a victim of battery, investing violence and criminal restraint in the 400 block of North A. Victor Torres, Ark City, was arrested in connection.
Melvin Veach III, Ark City, was arrested for driving with a suspended license in the 1300 block of South C.
OCTOBER 10
Travis Alberding, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant at the Cowley County jail.
Hometown Rental was a victim of theft of rental property in the 300 block of Summit.
Kimberly Bustamante, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant in the 300 block of South Seventh.
An Ark City male was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 1600 block of South F.
Dennis Meloy, Newkirk, and Ronnie Eichelberger, Riverton, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of West Washington.
An Ark City female and male were victims of battery and domestic violence in the 400 block of North Second.
