OCTOBER 11
Matthew Zygo, Ark City, was arrested for shoplifting in the 2700 block of North Summit.

OCTOBER 12
An Ark City female was a victim of hit-and-run in the 700 block of South B.
Dale Lawrence, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant in the 100 block of East Monroe.
An Ark City female was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 1200 block of South H.
An Ark City female was a victim of theft in the 100 block of North Third.
An Ark City male was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of North Eighth.
Brittnay Estrada and Alenjaendro Alonso, both of Ark City, were cited for minors in consumption.
An Ark City female was a victim of kidnapping in the 600 block of South Fifth. Brandon Duncan, Ark City, was arrested in connection.

Brandon Duncan, South Haven, was arrested on a bench warrant at the Cowley County jail.
