Ruth M. (Riley) Duncan, a former long-time resident of Wellington, Kan., passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011, in Kingman. She was living in the Wheatlands Healthcare facility.
Funeral services will be held at Frank Funeral Home, 417 N. Washington, in Wellington at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. Pastor Gib Clark will officiate. Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 to 8 p.m.
A memorial has been established with Wheatlands Healthcare Center. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
