Mildred Toms, 94, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the A.M.E. Church in Arkansas City. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home & Crematory of Arkansas City.
