OCTOBER 28
A Winfield woman was the victim of domestic battery in the 1100 block of East 19th.
Daniel Youngers, Ruby Baldwin, Gayle Snyder, Ellen Adams, Wanda Hada, Patricia Bowman, Mary Mai, Billie Holman, Priscilla Northcutt, Dorothy Cummings, Linda Kaiser, Brandy Long, and Louise Cordell were all victims of criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of East Sixth.
Metro Plains Management, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of East Sixth.
Karen Lynch, Winfield, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Millington.
Donald Aiello, Winfield, was arrested/cited for driving with a suspended license, no eye protection, and no proof of insurance in the 1500 block of Main.
Joseph Schwartz, Ark City, was cited for no drivers license in possession in the 1400 block of Wheat Road.
William Wilson, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of North College.
Adel Ishak, Mulvane, was cited for an expired tag in the 900 block of Main.

Officers responded to alarms in the 100 block of West 13th, the 1900 block of East 19th and the 1400 block of Main.
Erika Plymell, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 200 block of North Iowa.
OCTOBER 30
Officers responded to disturbances in the 700 block of Menor in the 1500 block of Andrews.
Jon Havner, Winfield and Faye Weckle, Ark City, were the victims of theft in the 300 block of West Eighth.
Dustin Potucek, Belle Plaine, was arrested/cited for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, driving left of center and refusal to take a breath test in the 2200 block of West Ninth.
Timothy Jasper, Winfield, was the victim of battery in the 1100 block of Wheat Road. Logan Islas, Corenville, Arizona, was arrested in connection.
Gregory Darnell, Newton, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of East Second.
Jamie Kaiser, Winfield, was a victim of hit and run in the 1400 block of East Third.
Jance Burris, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
Mindi Sharp, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property, theft, and disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of St. James Court. John Woosypiti, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Harold Winkle, El Dorado, was cited for speeding in the 500 block of North College.
Sandra Nissen, Ark City, was cited for speeding in the 400 block of North College.
Duane Hall, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1900 block of Broadway.
Manuel Leon, Jr, Ark City, was cited for no proof of insurance in the 1900 block of Broadway.

Katrina Hansen, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 1500 block of East Third.
Shawn McVay, Ponca City, Linh Vingphakdy and Patsy Johnson, both of Winfield were cited for speeding in the 1900 block of Broadway.
