OCTOBER 28

A burglary and theft was reported in the 100 block of West Ninth.

Property was found in the 200 block of North C.

A non-injury hit-and-run accident occurred in the 200 block of South Washington involving vehicles operated by Heaven Shivers, Wellington, and Linda Knight, Oxford.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of North Cherry.

A theft was reported in the 100 block of North Short.

A domestic family dispute was reported in the 1800 block of North B.

The theft of a cellular phone was investigated in the 1000 block of Shady Lane.

OCTOBER 29

A battery was reported in the 200 block of East 19th.

Criminal damage to property was reported in the 1200 block of North Cherry.

Property was found in the 400 block of Terrace.

Steven Wells, Ark City, was cited with speeding.

Somphou Sounalath, Wellington, was cited with speeding.

Patricia Morris, South Haven, was cited with speeding.

Brandon Huerta, Wellington, was cited with dog at large.

Blayze Bahe, Wellington, was arrested for driving under the influence and exhibition of acceleration in the 100 block of South H.

Criminal threat was investigated in the 400 block of North High.

Miguel Lopez, Ark City, was cited with going the wrong way on a one-way street, no valid drivers license and no proof of insurance.

Kayla Murphy, Wellington, was cited with speeding.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of East Fourth.

Property was found in the 1100 block of North Washington.

A burglary and theft was reported in the 2000 block of East Seventh.

A domestic family dispute was reported in the 500 block of North F.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of North Plum.

OCTOBER 31

James Yates, Wellington, was cited with a defective headlight.

Christine Sidebottom, Newton, was cited with driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

A non-injury hit-and-run accident occurred in the 100 block of South Washington involving a vehicle operated by Susan Green, Wellington, and a parked and unoccupied vehicle.

A non-injury hit-and-run accident occurred in the 900 block of US 160 involving vehicles operated by Donnetta Gifford, Tahlequah, OK, and Robert Short, Wellington. Gifford was arrested for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A battery occurred in the 500 block of North Washington.
