NOVEMBER 4
Samantha Koester, Winfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, endangering a child, and possession of a controlled substance in the 1300 block of Cherry.
Richard Hopper, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 800 block of Alexander.
Taton Weathers, Winfield, was arrested for attempting to unlawfully obtain a prescription and forgery in the 1300 block of East Fifth.
Sheryl Pugmire, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and theft in the 2700 block of West Fifth.
Shaunte Sultz and Andra Mankoski, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1200 block of Main.
Brian McCullough, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of North Massachusetts.
Christian Hawkins and Christopher Yzquierdo, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1200 block of Main.
Christina Bell, Winfield, was cited for no city pet license and dog at large in the 100 block of Park Street.
Matthew Bradley, Winfield, was cited for minor in possession of tobacco in the 1900 block of East Ninth.
Krystel Proctor, Ark City, was cited for speeding and no proof of insurance in the 700 block of Main.

Heather Workman, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 800 block of East Seventh.
Shawn Scott II, Conway Springs, was cited for expired tag and no proof of insurance in the 200 block of East Ninth.
Queesa Kiser, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 800 block of Main.
Dan DeFore, Dexter, was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of West 14th.
Officers responded to disturbances in the 1000 block of Millington, the 200 block of North Iowa, and to the 1000 block of Main.
NOVEMBER 6
A disturbance occurred in the 1000 block of Main.
Alarms word checked in the 600 block of Industrial Drive, the 1500 block of East 10th and the 100 block of West 13th.
A Winfield female was a victim of domestic battery in the 1900 block of Fuller. Seandeuane Hongphakdy, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Mikele Connor-Allison, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of North Minnesota.
Marcus Porter, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 1200 block of East 12th. Porter was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, driving with a suspended license, possession of illegal drugs and no drug tax stamp.
A Winfield man was a victim of domestic battery in the 1600 block of Elizabeth. Deanna Eastman, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Stephen Brown, Olathe, Tyler Marker and Kaleb Stoabs, both of Winfield, were cited for speeding in the 700 block of North College.
Betty Baker, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 300 block of Viking Boulevard.
