Max H. Burgoyne, Sr., 90, of Wichita, Kan., loving father and loyal friend, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 6, 2011, at Via Christi/St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, 3515 S. Elizabeth, in Wichita. Military committal honors will follow at 12 p.m. at Highland Cemetery in Winfield.
Memorials have been established in Mr. Burgoyne’s name for the Quivera Council Boy Scouts of America and the United Methodist Open Door. Condolences may be sent to 220 S. Belmont, Wichita, Kansas, 67218.
