Jack D. Hawk, 86, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at William Newton Hospital in Winfield.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are with the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home & Crematory of Arkansas City.
