NOVEMBER 16
Stephanie Paterson, Winfield, was a victim of motor vehicle theft in the 200 block of Michigan.
Brandy Jones, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1200 block of Stewart.
Walmart, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 2200 block of Pike Road. Brad Young II, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Eric Fraley, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 1000 block of Fuller with a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Kelsey Holcomb, Winfield.
Alex Gdurin, Tamara Hoag, both of Winfield, and Robert Boles, Andover, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Bliss.
Jeffrey Adams, Ark City, was cited for speeding in the 1900 block of Broadway.
Wade Hidde, Winfield, was cited for no seat belt in the 1100 block of Harris.
Devon Hidde, Winfield, was cited for speeding and no seat belt in the 1100 block of Harris.
NOVEMBER 17
Southwestern College was a victim of theft in the 100 block of College.
Ryan Minton was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of Harris.
