Willard E. (Woody) Bartlett, 91, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Friday, November 18, 2011, at the Presbyterian Manor Health Care Unit.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Memorial Lawn Chapel. Interment will follow in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
