Elza Ray Maslen, 84, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Monday, November 21, 2011, at his residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2011 at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home of Arkansas City. Pastor Steve Butler will officiate. Interment will follow in the Parker Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials have been established with the Masonic Cancer Foundation and the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
