Officers responded to alarms in the 400 block of Manning and the 3400 block of Meadowlark Lane.
A disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of East Ninth.
Connie Bradford, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 700 block of North Tweed.
A Winfield woman was a victim of domestic battery in the 700 block of East Seventh. Jessie Sutton, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Vance Handlin and Riley Shipp, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Main.
Elissa Jones, Winfield, was cited for speeding in a school zone in the 800 block of East Fourth.
Samantha Hogan, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 1700 block of Main.
Kenneth Moore, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 2800 block of East 12th.
