Donald Eugene Balsters, 76, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, December 1, 2011, at Winfield Resthaven Nursing Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home of Arkansas City. Private interment services at Highland Park Cemetery of Winfield will follow cremation.
Memorials have been established with the Shepherd’s Grace Church or the Salvation Army. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
