Winfield Police Reports for December 7 – 11, 2011
DECEMBER 7
Officers responded to alarms in the 700 block of Main and the 1200 block of West 33rd.
A Winfield woman was a victim of assault in the 1200 block of Lynn. Elmer Orosco, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
April Adams, Winfield, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 1200 block of Lynn.
Gala Dougherty, Winfield, was a victim of telephone harassment in the 1200 block of East Sixth.
A Winfield woman was a victim of domestic battery and criminal restraint in the 2800 block of East 12th. Kyle Fleenor, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Dalton Smith, Winfield, was cited for speeding and no proof of insurance in the 700 block of North College.
Ashtin Fuqua, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of Harris.
DECEMBER 8
Randall Cramer, Winfield, was a victim of hit-and-run in the 300 block of East Fourth. Travis Crow, Winfield, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
Neives’, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 100 block of East Ninth.
Patience Corley, Winfield, was cited on December 5th for driving with a suspended license and failure to yield after a stop in the 800 block of Gary.
Jessica Gladden, Winfield, was cited for no city pet license and dog at large in the 1000 block of Manning.
Mary Torrez, Winfield, was cited for no city pet license and dog at large in the 700 block of Menor.
DECEMBER 9
Randall Miller, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of North College.
A Winfield woman was a victim of domestic battery in the 300 block of North College. Scott McCombs, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Derek Beal, El Dorado, was a victim of battery in the 1400 block of East Third. Travis Hofer, Winfield, was cited for battery. Beal and Curtis Snider, also of El Dorado, were arrested/cited for minors in consumption.
Daniel Van Sickle, Maize, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 400 block of College when he struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Zona Spangler-Hull, Haysville, in the 400 block of College.
Casey Bain, Winfield, was cited for no city pet license and dog at large in the 500 block of North Michigan.
Jeremy Bowlin, Winfield, was cited for no city pet licenses and two dogs at large in the 400 block of Bliss.
Gregory Stout, Winfield, was cited for no rabies vaccination in the 400 block of Bliss.
DECEMBER 10
Officers responded to disturbances in the 1300 block of Main and the 200 block of East 13th.
Stephen Coker, Winfield, was arrested on December 9 for disorderly conduct in the 700 block of East Eighth.
James Shrewsberry, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1500 block of East 13th.
Lindsey East and Camille Boren, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 700 block of Harter. East was cited for expired tag.
Ronald Greer and Austin Nickell, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 300 block of Harter.
Blake Estes, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and theft in the 1400 block of East Ninth.
DECEMBER 11
Officers responded to an alarm in the 900 block of Main.
David Barksdale, Skokie, IL, was arrested for minor in consumption in the 400 block of Iowa.
Daniel Diaz, Red Oak, TX, was arrested for minor in consumption in the 100 block of Lynn.
Teresa Rowley, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 2800 block of East 12th.
Tammy Watson, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
