Melba Bilyeu, 79, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away at the William Newton Hospital in Winfield on Tuesday, December 13, 2011.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Riverview Cemetery.
Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home & Crematory of Arkansas City is in charge of arrangements.
