Norman C. Bailey, 94, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Monday, December 12, 2011, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home in Arkansas City. Burial will follow in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Pastor Stephen Butler will officiate.
A memorial has been established with the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
