DECEMBER 16
Benjamin Dobbs, Burden, was a victim of motor vehicle theft in the 1600 block of Millington.
Prasona Salon, Winfield, was a victim of burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property in the 100 block of East Eighth.
Kansas Specialty Services, Winfield, was a victim of burglary in the 800 block of Main.
Coon’s Pawn Shop, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and criminal damage to property in the 100 block of East Seventh.
Jason Speer, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of Millington.
Sandee Dobbs, Winfield, was a victim of forgery in the 1600 block of Millington. Joshua Davies was arrested in connection and for possession of stolen property.
Peggy Venn, Winfield, was arrested/cited for driving with a revoked license and as a habitual violator in the 600 block of Main.
Holly Marler, Winfield, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign in the 800 block of Millington.
DECEMBER 17
Jacob Earls, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and theft in the 1400 block of Lynn.
Lonnie McVay, Winfield, was a victim of hit-and-run in the 1900 block of East Ninth. Kenneth Black, Wellington, was arrested in connection. Black was also arrested for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, failure to report an accident with damage, refusal to take a breath test and no proof of insurance.
Daniel Berry, Winfield, was cited for no drivers license in possession in the 600 block of East Ninth.
Robert Nichols, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.
Emily Bosie, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.
Anthony Koller, Winfield, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign in the 1100 block of Manning.
DECEMBER 18
Officers responded to an alarm in the 600 block of Industrial Road.
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of West Eighth.
David Andreas and Teresa Spengler-Andreas, both of Winfield, were the victims of burglary in the 1400 block of Lynn..
Kathleen Caudill and Emery Caudillo Jr, both of Winfield, were the victims of burglary in the 1400 block of East Fourth.
Clifton Nickell, Winfield, was a victim of burglary in the 100 block of Michigan.
Craig Liermann, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1300 block of Plum.
Desmond Kennedy, Winfield, was a victim of burglary in the 1000 block of North College.
Nancy Key and Heredio Andres, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 200 block of West Ninth. Andres was cited for no drivers license and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Chad Eisenbarth, Winfield, was arrested on a municipal warrant in the 1100 block of East 19th.
Cory Wirtz, Winfield, was arrested on a municipal warrant in the 1900 block of Main.
