Wellington Police Reports for December 16 – 18, 2011
DECEMBER 16
Burglary and the theft of a cell phone was reported in the 400 block of North F.
Thefts occurred in the 1600 block of West Eighth and the 1200 block of North Cherry.
Domestic violence battery occurred in the 500 block of East Lincoln. Carl Benton and Dana Benton, both of Wellington, were arrested and charged with domestic violence battery.
Frankie Balch, Wellington, was arrested for no insurance and defective tag light in the 600 block of East Ninth.
DECEMBER 17
Rusty Ohrman, Wellington, was cited with no proof of insurance and defective tag light.
Rick Haslouer, Wellington, was cited with speeding.
Criminal damage to property occurred in the 1000 block of West Fourth.
A theft occurred in the 300 block of East 13th.
A burglary and theft occurred in the 200 block of North Ash.
Jordan Edwards, Wellington, was cited with defective headlight.
An outside agency was assisted in the 500 block of East Harvey.
Rosa Bolyard, Wellington, was cited with no drivers license and defective tag light.
DECEMBER 18
Burglary and criminal damage to property occurred in the 2000 block of North H.
Tiara Wilson-Sullivan, Wellington, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and expired registration.
A child custody dispute report was taken in the 400 block of South F.
A non-injury accident occurred in the 2000 block of East 16th involving vehicles operated by Glenda Day and Janit Roundtree, both of Wellington.
Suspicious activity occurred in the 800 block of South C.
