Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of North B.
Blayze Bahe, Wellington, was arrested for driving under the influence, interference with a law-enforcement officer and refusal to submit to a breath test in the 400 block of W. 50th St., South.
Sarah Kraft, Oxford, was cited for disobeying a traffic signal and no proof of insurance.
Antoine Snipes, Wellington, was cited for speeding and no proof of insurance.
